As a seasoned Project Manager with over two decades of experience working with top technology providers, publishers, brands, and various departments of the US Federal Government, I've delivered several notable successes. For example, I've:
Built and led various teams, including PMOs, product teams, and support and technical operations teams, resulting in improved operational efficiency and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Utilized Agile, Six Sigma, and traditional waterfall methodologies to manage software development, quality control, infrastructure, and business operations.
Transformed the teams I led into Lean organizations by driving knowledge management and project management methodologies to create transparency, accountability, and sustainable long-term practices.
My recent focus has been on developing business operations, software, and services in AdTech and MarTech, and I have extensive experience in these areas since 2005. I began my career in tech providing website development and network services for SMBs in the greater New York area. I quickly developed project management skills to expedite projects and manage data and deliverables, leading to my first opportunity in print advertising. Since then, my adherence to Lean and project management principles propelled me to the digital advertising industry, where I entered a publisher-side product role for a large B2B media publisher and eventually progressed to Programmatic.
